walking in a circle

I went to a wedding on Saturday at kg. Tampasak, I think so..aha, somewhere around the old Penampang road to Papar. It was not planned actually, a friend of mine called me up at around 2pm saying there’s a wedding there and I asked him to pick me up and minutes later he arrived at the front gate so that’s how I ended up there Lol.We arrived there when everyone else was on their way back home so it was kinda weird. The place was like way inside the inner village I don’t really know how to explain but yeah, way inside the Ketiau district. So here’s the story.

My friend and I were firstly lost direction of the house Lol. We kinda lost the way through the houses and it actually located at the other side of the river. Now, how many times did you guys ever cross a bamboo bridge? It’s been like soooooooooo many years ago since my childhood. Then there was this drunk guy gave my friend a can of tiger beer and left.

At the end of the bridge there was this lovely lady with her 2 younger sisters. I’m telling you, her face is like soooo unique that not many you can see wondering around KK or anywhere but totally hidden by their parents inside the house and rarely to be seen. I was like… WOW!! I should asked for a photo snap shot.. darn!! And now I am like .. please, do appear again before me. Gila bayang already. Seriously, even if you give me Jessica Alba..ptuii, nothing compares to the lady of the bamboo bridge LMAO. I felt in love at the first sight haha. I, at that very time was having a second thought whether to ask for a snap shot or not because I can tell you, my gut was already at the lowest point in life and damn, I should have done that!!! I miss that smile, the hair and the face…ohhhhhhhhh.

ok, enough with the emo stuff. So, we went inside and people were already dancing and drinking. We regrouped with my friends and started with the drinking session without even eat anything. That was kinda hardcore, man but that’s cool. I came just to see the mix culture of kadazan and rungus. It’s nice to see the elders with the features way from the days of old.

Then came a guy to our place and peed near us. I’m sure there was a toilet nearby but you know, drunk people is like shameless being hehe.. he ended pissing his pant because of the wrong aiming LMAO. Finished with the beers, we were served with bahar. ouch!!! It’s really really out of my list hehehe. I’m not being some dude with the ego thingy but seriously, I can’t go with the drink. Too hardcore for me but what can I do… have to give respect with the married couple. Finished with the J.D and offed we go.
